Angelina was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus. She has been singing since she was nine and traveling throughout Europe for competitions. When she was 17 years old she received a scholarship and moved to New York.

Angelina is currently a part of the the Women in Jazz Organization Mentors Program and an alumni of the 2021 Boisey Lowery Living Jazz Residency. Her mentors include Rosana Eckert and Peter Eldridge and she is currently finishing her studies at Adelphi University Honors College.
